AVERAGE stay. Some ISSUES need addressing.
poor cleanlinessfrustrating keycard
The room was NOT cleaned to an acceptable standard upon arrival. i noticed several hairs and general grime in multiple areas. the keycard system proved frustrating. I often had to wait for staff to grant access to the lifts AND the car park. this created unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

The resort features a nice spa and a great swimming pool. I used the sauna room. The gym operates 24 hours. I could exercise anytime. Public transport was nearby. Green Square Train Station made arrival EASY.
The bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere when in use. The lounges were hard. Sitting on them long was uncomfortable. The oven lacked trays for cooking.

the location is excellent with just two train stops from the airport. access to the city centre is easy via train. the room had all the facilities i needed. i found yummy food places nearby too. the pool and spa were great, my family enjoyed them a lot.
i found the gym to be very basic and not sustainable for longer stays, but i did not stay long anyway.

i liked that the apartment size was excellent we had a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony i found woolworths across the road very convenient i found the staff friendly and helpful . the proximity to the train station was also a great benefit for getting around the area. the outdoor spa was great after a long day.
the balcony doors were difficult to lock i felt a little unsafe as a result of this. i informed the front desk and they said it would be looked at.

The hotel is close to public transportation. It makes travel into the city convenient. The room had a comfortable bed and good facilities. Some staff members provided helpful service.
Bathroom walls and door had hairs. This was reported but not cleaned immediately. The noise level in the room was unacceptable. Sirens and traffic could be heard at all hours. The outdoor pools felt tepid.
